FOREST RAISED PORK
Our pigs are raised in the woods at the farm, where they have freedom to root, forage, and lie around to their hearts' content. Their forage is supplemented by garden scraps and organic, non-GMO grain.
We sell half or whole hogs wholesale or direct-to-consumer. We are happy to set you up with custom butchery so you'll get the perfect mix of cuts, delicious sausages, and even organs. Send us a note and we'll let you know when the next finishing time is! Pricing is $4.75/lb hanging weight. To lock in your supply, make a deposit below.

PASTURED CHICKEN
Our birds are raised on pasture on a rotational basis. They have access to fresh pasture every day and shelter from predators and the elements. Their forage is supplemented by organic, GMO-free grain.
EGGS
Our eggs come from our pastured laying hens, which are a mixture of heritage and brown egg layers. They are free to forage on pasture grasses, legumes, and grubs all day. Their forage is supplemented with greens from the garden and organic, non-GMO grain.
ORGANIC VEGETABLES
We grow a limited selection of organic herbs and perennial crops. Sign up for our availability list!
meat shares
GET THE BENEFIT OF BUYING IN BULK WHILE MINIMIZING THE NEED FOR FREEZER STORAGE. PLUS, THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST WAYS TO SUPPORT OUR GROWING BUSINESS. BY SIGNING UP EARLY, YOU ALLOW US TO PLAN AHEAD AND CONTINUE EXPANDING OUR OPERATIONS.
Each quarter (about every three months), you'll get a box of mixed pork and chicken cuts. Your overall share will be balanced to give you the whole variety of cuts over its course. In the end you're still getting whole animals, which is an important piece in keeping our farm and farms like ours sustainable. Pick-up is at the farm unless otherwise arranged.
